Eligibility

Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed once Bitcoin payment has reached the required number of network confirmations. Prices and stock can change without notice.
Shipping & risk
Risk of loss transfers on dispatch. We re-ship parcels confirmed as lost in transit at no additional cost (see Shipping policy).
Refunds
Due to the nature of these products we do not accept returns. Issues with damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for assessment.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
