How long does shipping take?+
Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. International tracked shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only. Bitcoin keeps checkout fast, private and secure — no accounts and no card details are stored.
When do I receive tracking?+
You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility — usually the same business day if your payment is confirmed before 14:00 UTC.
What if my package is delayed?+
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, contact our support team. Most delays clear through customs within a few days. We re-ship lost parcels on confirmed non-delivery.
