What we collect
To fulfill orders we collect your shipping address, email and order details. Bitcoin payments are processed on-chain — we do not store payment card data.
How we use it
Solely to process, ship and support your order, and to send transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, support replies).
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 12 months for support and re-shipment claims, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting support.
