Dispatch times
Orders confirmed (Bitcoin payment cleared) before 14:00 UTC are dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed after 14:00 UTC ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Domestic: 2–5 business days. International tracked: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Some regions may take longer during holiday periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page to view status updates.
Packaging
All parcels ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no logos or product names. Inner packaging is temperature-protected where required.
Customs
Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed by their country. We declare parcels appropriately and discreetly.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, contact support. We re-ship parcels confirmed as lost in transit at no additional cost.
